Verse of the Day December 28

Our worship series this month is Fear Not, and the underlying idea is when we’re facing situations that might cause us to feel fearful or afraid, we can choose a different response.

We can choose to focus on hope, peace, joy, love, and the good news of great joy of Christ’s birth and all it represents.

We continue this week with choosing Love over Fear.

Today’s reading is Isaiah 7:10-17, Never Alone.

The Verse of the Day is Isaiah 7:14, Isaiah 7:14,

Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Look, the young woman is with child and shall bear a son, and shall name him Immanuel.
