Verse of the Day November 19

Our current worship series at BBC is called, “Be Engaged: Share Your Heart, Do Your Part.” We’ll be hearing about five ways to be engaged that will help you grow spiritually and feel more connected to other people and to Christ and the church. In addition to worship, service, and sharing in community, A fourth way of being engaged is our giving to the Lord’s work in and through BBC. We give out of our gratitude and thanks to God for all the Lord’s blessings in our life.

Today’s reading is The Gospel of Luke 6:27-38, The Measure you Give Will be the Measure You Get Back.

The Verse of the Day is The Gospel of Luke 6:38,

“give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap; for the measure you give will be the measure you get back.”
