Journeying with Elijah
A three-week series about Elijah, one of the most important Hebrew prophets.
Elijah is a a powerful man of God who speaks the truth, confronts idolatry, advocates for pure worship, trusts God and serves the Lord with obedience and devotion.
He’s also human and must confront his feelings of loneliness, isolation, and depression.
Yet through it all, the Lord continues to speak to and lead Elijah forward in faithfulness.
We learn from this worthy prophet to trust our mighty God of abundance, to do all that’s in our power to do and to pray for the power of God to fall, and that we can take our deepest feelings to the Lord and God will meet us even in our deepest struggles.
