The week Christians call Holy Week, which begins this year on Palm Sunday, March 28th, and climaxes on Easter Sunday, April 4th is a week of sharing and sacrifice.
From Jesus' entry into Jerusalem, to his Last Supper with his leadership team, to his death on the cross, we see Jesus sharing and giving of himself, his wisdom, his prayers, and ultimately his life.
We also see ordinary people, some whose names we know and some we don't, some among the twelve apostles and others less well known to us, who have the opportunity to share, pray, or give of themselves. Some rise to the occasion and others do not, and we can learn from all of them.
God raises Jesus on Easter morning bringing us hope, joy, and power for living, and challenging us to consider, what we will do with the good news that "He has been raised; he is not here."
We invite you to walk with the Lord through all the days of Holy Week and to join us online or in person for worship services on Palm Sunday at 8:30 and 10:00 am, Maundy Thursday at 7:00 pm, Good Friday at 12:00 pm, and Easter Sunday 6:00 am at Nauset Beach in Orleans, and at 8:00, 9:30, and 11:00 am at BBC.
