Verse of the Day December 25

Merry Christmas! Our worship series this month is Fear Not, and the underlying idea is when we’re facing situations that might cause us to feel fearful or afraid, we can choose a different response. We can choose to focus on hope, peace, joy, love, and the good news of great joy of Christ’s birth and all it represents.

We continue this week with choosing Love over Fear.

Today’s reading is Luke 2:1-20, Fear Not.

The Verses of the Day are Luke 2:10-11 (KJV),

And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
