This week, we continue worship series, “Jesus’ Upside Down Kingdom: Rethinking How Life Is Supposed to Work.” Pastor Doug shared in worship about the Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds and how Jesus says they need to grow together.  The devotions this week will continue that theme of growth. 

Today’s reading is Matthew 13:24–30, 36–43, Growing Together in the Kingdom

The Verse of the Day is Matthew 13:30,

Let both of them grow together until the harvest; and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, Collect the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned, but gather the wheat into my barn.
