Verse of the Day June 3

This week, we continue our new worship series, “Anchored in the Unchanging Christ: A Letter to the Hebrews.” Our pastors will be using the daily devotions throughout this series to dig deeper into the Book of Hebrews. Pastor Doug focused this week on Hebrews 5:11-6:12, about learning to “Distinguish Good from Evil.” 

Today’s reading is Hebrews 6:7-8, The Blessing of Being Useful

The Verse of the Day is Hebrews 6:7,

Ground that drinks up the rain falling on it repeatedly, and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God.
