This week we begin a new series, “Teach Us to Pray: A Six-week Exploration of The Lord’s Prayer.”

Pastor Doug starts with the focus on “Father, Hallowed Be Thy Name” from Luke11:2 and the readings this week will look at exalting the name of God from examples throughout the Bible.

Today’s reading is Exodus 20:1-17, Hallowing God’s Name in The Ten Commandments.

The Verse of the Day is Exodus 20:7,

You shall not make wrongful use of the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not acquit anyone who misuses his name.
