The Mountains of God Worship Series

Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD . . . that he may teach us his ways and that we may walk in his paths.

Isaiah 2.3 (ESV)

On Sunday, February 15, our church will begin a new series in worship titled “The Mountains of God” as a kind of sequel of sorts to our “Gardens of God” series we took part in last Lent and Holy Week. Mountains are places throughout Scripture where we see God revealing himself to his people in new and transformative ways.

Over the coming two months, we will focus on these mountains: the Mountain of Renewal, Obedience, Promise, Power, Temptation, Peace, Illumination, Surrender, Obedience (again), Resurrection, Exaltation, and Worship. Small group leader and participant guides will be provided each week for those groups who want to participate in the study.
