This ministry arranges opportunities that nurture and deepen relationships among BBC Covenant Members, The congregation, and it’s extended community, creating a loving, caring community of believers who demonstrate the fruit of the spirit by loving Christ and each other, with friendliness, true concern and compassion.
Ministry teams and activities under the Community Life and Fellowship Core Ministries include:
Sunday Coffee Hour
After each Sunday Service we serve coffee, tea, juice and snacks. This is a great opportunity to connect with old friends and make new friends too!
Summer Sunday Breakfasts
From the Sunday after July 4 until Labor Day Weekend, we serve a full, hot breakfast from 8:30 – 11:00 a.m. Come before or after you worship with us. Open to everyone so feel free to invite your friends.
Women’s Book Discussion Group
All women interested are invited to meet the 4th Thursday at 1:00 p.m. in the church lounge. The club runs from September to June. Each month has a different facilitor and the book list is created in the fall. Bev Tenhor is the contact person and can be reached at (508) 240-0682.
- May 28, Thursday at 1:00 p.m., BBC Lounge. The Street of a Thousand Blossoms by Gail Tsukiyama. Janet Bantley will facilitate.

All Church Suppers
Several times during the year we host all church suppers. For example: the Fall Harvest Supper, Annual Meeting Dinner and Maundy Thursday Soup and Bread Supper.
A Christmas dinner will be provided on Christmas day at the church!
We will be serving clam chowder, cheese and crackers at noon, followed by a dinner of ham, green beans and roasted red potatoes. Come and join us if you would like to share Christmas dinner with your church family. It is free of charge, made possible by a generous anonymous donor. Contact The Church office for more information or to make your reservations.
