When Jethro sees Moses overwhelmed by the responsibility of leading God’s people, he offers practical wisdom about setting priorities, sharing responsibilities, and empowering others to lead. This message challenges us to recognize the dangers of trying to do everything ourselves and discover how healthy leadership strengthens families, workplaces, and faith communities. As Brewster Baptist Church looks toward the future, we’re reminded that developing, equipping, and trusting new leaders is essential to building a healthy church for generations to come.
