Life in the Wilderness: An Exploration of Lent
On Transfiguration Sunday, March 2, we’ll be entering and exploring the wilderness with Moses and Jesus. Through their eyes, gather to glean wisdom from the Old Testament and New as we prepare for our own wildernesses in life. Some of us have experienced: a job change, the loss of a loved one, a chronic illness, or a change in a key relationship; we can experience a wilderness landscape of our own any time the unexpected happens in life. Join us for communion led by Pastor Nate Ryan as we prepare for the journey of Lent. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday (6:00 p.m. service in the BBC Chapel), and Sunday’s message will be “Life in the Wilderness: An Exploration of Lent” by Pastor Joe Greemore.
