This week we continue our series “Reimagining the Church.” Each week, we’ll explore a different New Testament image or metaphor for being disciples of Christ and the church and the focus this week is from 2 Corinthians 5. Pastor Doug will be sharing Paul’s words about being “A Community of Reconciliation”.

Today’s reading is 2 Corinthians 5:11-13, Boasting in the Heart, Not Outward Appearance.

The Verse of the Day is 2 Corinthians 5:12,

We are not commending ourselves to you again, but giving you an opportunity to boast about us, so that you may be able to answer those who boast in outward appearance and not in the heart.
