Verse of the Day July 15

This week as we continue sharing from our scriptures from this past Sunday on “Liminal Space” taken from Zechariah and Matthew.

Today’s reading is Matthew 17:24-27, The Temple Tax.

Matthew 17:27 says,

“However, so that we do not give offence to them, go to the lake and cast a hook; take the first fish that comes up; and when you open its mouth, you will find a coin; take that and give it to them for you and me.’”
