At Brewster Baptist Church, the Advent season will focus on the theme of family as we look at Jesus’ family tree, his Aunt Elizabeth and Uncle Zechariah, his cousin John, Mary and Joseph his parents, and even the New Arrival and the birth of Jesus himself.

Today’s reading is 1 Thessalonians 3:9-13, Increase and Abound in Love.

The Verse of the Day is 1 Thessalonians 3:12,

And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, just as we abound in love for you.
