Verse of the Day November 26

Our current worship series at BBC is called, “Be Engaged: Share Your Heart, Do Your Part.” We’ll be hearing about five ways to be engaged that will help you grow spiritually and feel more connected to other people and to Christ and the church. In addition to worship, service, and sharing in community, A fourth way of being engaged is our giving to the Lord’s work in and through BBC. We give out of our gratitude and thanks to God for all the Lord’s blessings in our life.

Today’s reading is The Gospel of John 6:22-40, One Beggar Telling Another Where to Find Bread.

The Verses of the Day are The Gospel of John 6:33-34,

“For the bread of God is that which comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” They said to him, “Sir, give us this bread always.”
