The Blessing of Contentment

There is nothing wrong with having money, or earning money through our God-given gifts, hard work, excellence, and diligence. People who do their work well deserve to be compensated appropriately. Having money enables us to do good, to be rich in good works, generous and ready to share. We’ll talk about that more next week. We have to remain vigilant because being rich can also cause us trouble and even to wander away from the faith. Money can either help or hinder our relationship with God and with others…
